i found this great tutorial, then i try to use it on my wordpress blog, and it works! :). here is how to used it with your wordpress blog, base on the tutorials (modify for wordpress user). no need to install any plugin at all.
First go to: http://del.icio.us/settings/$USERNAME/daily, Change $USERNAME to your del.icio.us username. then add a new thingy, or Be logged into del.icio.us and click on Settings - Daily Blog Posting. This will take you to a page with a table and link to “Add a New Thingy”. Click the link and you’ll see this:

job_name: this can be whatever you want, just give it a name. I called my first one “isnainidotcom”
out_name: The username you use to log into your wordpress blog
out_pass: The password you use to log into your wordpress blog
out_url: i used like this, http://yoursite.com/xmlrpc.php.
out_time: The time you’d like the links to be posted every day. The value should between 0 and 23, based on GMT. A value of “7” means a post atmidnight.
out_blog_id: just leave it blank.
out_cat_id: the post category.
While I entered a category the post was created with the default category. Also it took about 15- 30 mins after the sepcified time for the process to run.
